Data collected

The information you enter in the forms: name, contact details, date and place of the event, number of guests, preferred appointment format and time slot, and your message. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your request, arranging the appointment and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Performing the contract and invoicing: performance of the contract and legal obligations.

Recipients

Only the studio has access to your data. It is stored by technical providers (website and form hosting, confirmation emails, messaging, request tracking), some of them established outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by the safeguards of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your data is never sold.

Retention

• Requests not followed by a contract: three years at most after the last contact.
• Clients: for the duration of the contract, then for the legal limitation periods.
• Invoices: ten years, as required by law.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for its portability, by writing to contact@911studio.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
